WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BUY SUBWAY CARD:

You must be a full-time student and have the following documents:

— your passport (that you registrated in university);

— your student card;

— your photo 3×4;

— money (550−1500 rub);

— a pair of Russian phrases.

1-st Step: Go to the ticket office of local subway

2-nd Step: Say «Hello» (Здравствуйте)

3-rd Step: Say «I need student subway card for one month» (Мне нужна студенческая карта метрополитена на месяц)

4-th Step: This step is important, because it could save 50% of your money. You should decide: you need only subway card or subway + bus card one costs 550 rub., the other one — littlle more than 1000 rub.

a) Say «Only subway» (Только метро) 8==>

b) Say «Metro and ground transport» (Метро и наземный транспорт)

5-th Step: Give them all your stuff and money

6-th Step:They will give you temporary card, it`s blue, and a list, where you can see the date, when to recieve your permanent name card, you should pay for it once (250 rub. or something like that), after that only monthly payment.

7-th Step:Go to the subway on that day or the next to change the temporary card on your permanent name card.

8-th Step: Use it for one month, and then repeat steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (only money)
